A modern desert retreat in Paradise Valley.
A completed Paradise Valley residence delivered to a custom standard — desert modern architecture, indoor-outdoor flow, and finish-level detail throughout.
Our 5305 project in Paradise Valley was conceived as a modern desert retreat that quietly balances refinement, nature, and human connection. Positioned to capture sweeping views of Camelback Mountain, the residence was designed around the movement of light, the rhythm of the desert, and the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
From the earliest sketches, the intention was to create a home that felt grounded yet elevated — contemporary in form, but timeless in emotion. Clean architectural lines are softened by warm natural materials, layered textures, and carefully curated moments of intimacy throughout the home. Rift-cut oak millwork, French oak flooring, sculptural stone, bronze detailing, and custom lighting selections were chosen not simply for luxury, but for the way they shape atmosphere and experience.
The home unfolds as a series of connected experiences. Expansive walls of glass dissolve the boundary between architecture and landscape, allowing the desert surroundings to become part of the interior experience. The infinity-edge pool reflects the changing sky, while private gardens and quiet courtyards create moments of retreat and stillness.
5305 also represents the philosophy behind BridgeTurner itself. The name reflects the idea that every project is a bridge between vision and reality — a turning point where imagination becomes physical form. This home embodies that belief through collaboration between design, craftsmanship, engineering, and storytelling.
More than a luxury home, 5305 is an exploration of modern desert living — where nature, architecture, and lifestyle align in harmony.
